Review: St. Ives Apricot Scrub

Note: This is by far my most favorite facial wash.

I first used this when I was in college and because I am (almost) living like a beggar then (I managed to finish with some scholarship's stipend, and worked as an SA too), I wasn't able to continue the exploration of this one-of-a-kind thing on Earth. I think this is the bomb!

The o pportunity I got with this always comes from afar. Meaning, it's always included in (balikbayan) boxes. I don't have immediate relatives outside PH. It's more of my stepmother's side who sent it.

So one day, I saw this lurking around the wash room and of course, the monster in me wants to immediately open the faucet and let the water come out. The next thing I know, I am taking pictures of it. Haha.

Paraben-free and is made of 100% Natural Extracts. I don't know what I love with this but I know that after cleaning, it instantly leaves my skin really really really really really really smooth (ok, that's me exaggerating) and glowing! You just need to try it to believe!

These miraculous beads will give wonders to your skin. Unlike other wash I tried before, this one was never short of beads. There are too many of them! I love the feeling it gives while it scrubs my face.

Yay for me! (。◕‿◕。)
  • Very mild.
  • Love that it has a lot of beads.
  • Clean feeling after application.
  • Makes the skin glowing after use.
Nay! (。)
  • I don't know where to purchase.

  2. I saw one at Watsons kaso ang gulo ni Matt kaya di ko na nabalikan pa. Though I don't use facial scrubs every day., I want to try it kahit every other day. I'll buy one soon kahit maliit lang muna.

    1. Yes Mommy Mayette, you can try this. You'll really feel the beads when it's exfoliating your face. Mine's paubos na. :)

  3. I never tried purchasing this 'coz I thought that the beads (those lot of beads) will be abrasive on skin. It's good to know that it's mild on skin, too. Thanks for sharing. :)

    1. No it's not. It's actually very mild . You can use a few on your hands first to check if you have problems with the product. :)
