June Collective Haul

My birthday month was about to end and July is about to commence. I am so thankful for this month because I have a lot of blessings and learning's in life. My #100HappyDays challenge taught me to appreciate every small blessing despite experiencing a painful ordeal. Hoping I would be able to make a separate post on what's my take on the challenge. Probably when I end it in July.

Anyway, let me get back on my post regarding all my haul for this month. I am so thankful with everything I got and also the capability that I can share something to others! Thank you. ^.^
Birthday Gifts
Jaycee's Gift
He mentioned it was something that can be worn. Hint: a little sparkly. And so I thought I would see a long table already. Hahaha. *blushes*

My sister really pushed hard on giving me a bag! She said I need this for the new school year. I am the type who doesn't want new stuff when another school year begins. Whatever I have in store, I would just use that! Anyway, thank eonnie! I like it so much!
Sister's Gift
BDJ June Box (Benefit Exclusive, again! ^.^) - (P580.00 per month)
These are my winnings from BDJ contests and Kojie San's from Nuffnang. I am lucky because it's my birth month! ♥
Goody Clip-Ins
Salvatos Flip Flops - (P1180.00) I AM SELLING THIS!
P1000 Worth of Kojie-san Items
I chanced upon Sample Room's products when I logged in and it's so happened that these are still on stock! Of course, I wouldn't miss this free stuff for the world!
Samples from Sample Room - (P160.00 for the shipping fee)
I also ordered this Royale product which is a hype in social medias. I am using it now and I am going to make a review if this has been effective for me so watch out for that! ;)
L-GlutaPower - (P198.00)
Lastly, I went to Robinsons to run some errand particularly fixing dad's mobile. The technician asked me to wait for the repair after an hour so I toured around Booksale first and grabbed this book. I thin I need this in my life right now. I am seriously thinking on devoting myself and my body to healthy living, both in and out! ♥

Inspirational Book - (P190.00)
I didn't purchase much this month since most of the haul here are my winnings. I only invested on some items and the book. I actually wanted to get a blouse or a pants but I am earning for a concert.

Speaking of concert, I will be selling some stuff anytime soon if I have the time to post it here on my blog. I need to attend EXO's concert soon and while it's still early, I am already saving for it so I won't have any regrets when the time comes.

What you think with my latest collective haul? I know it's too early for my collective haul but I think it's better to share it now 'cause the computer might crash again soon. Share your comments below and I would love to read your messages.

Xoxo everyone! ♥

Review: Pure Smile Peach Milk Essence Mask

I recently read in a magazine that there are eight skin essentials for the face and mask is one of them. Since I attended my student's debut last week, I had to use a mask the night before the event so that it will provide more supple looking and moisturized face. I was happy that I got Pure Smile's Peach Milk Essence Mask on my stash which I got from Sample Room's Goodie Bag. It is my first time to use it and it really served me well.

For me, all masks I've tried were almost the same. So if there's something unique in them, I would surely notice it! For one, this mask is not dripping when you put in on your face unlike others that surely has extra liquid inside it's pack. Also, it is not itchy even when you let it sit on your face for too long. I wasn't able to remove it within minutes based from the instruction since I fell asleep and woke up after hours of it on my face and still felt great. Other masks made me scratch my face because of a little itchiness. It's quite irritating!

Overall, I like the feeling after application which is very smooth and even after waking up the next morning. I also have minimal touch ups the next day and still my skin is looking great!

Yay for me! (。◕‿◕。)
  • Very cute packaging.
  • The mask is not dripping.
  • It can cover the eyes.
  • Makes the skin smooth and soft.
  • Has Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin E.
Nay! (。◕︵◕。)
  • Hard to find. Since I got this from Sample Room's Goodie Bag, I didn't bought it directly in a store. I hope it is readily available at supermarkets or beauty stores like Watsons.
Price: P1290 (Included in a Loot Bag)
Bought from: Sample Room
 Size: 1 sheet

I still have Dermal Mask Sheets to review from a subscription I got and I'm looking forward to use that! I will share the eight skin essentials soon once I get to fix this computer's dilemmas. A single post takes a more than two hours for me. Talking about hassle. T_T

Any other recommendation on mask sheets? I would love to try different brands of it. For me, it's one of the simplest thing to use in skin care and I love less hassle! ♥

Talk to you soon! ^_^ ♥

Empties #5

It's been a month and series of unfortunate events happened at my work and even on this computer which is the reason of so many delays on my blog posts! So imagine how the photo on my empties post would look like after several months of not posting anything. It accumulated the space of the whole paper bag! Look!

It was a mix of samples and full sized items. It was just like my previous empties post that I got here. Most of the samples I have were from my BDJ boxes previous months. Also, look at those Pasjels. They're sooo incredibly effective! I might review the product soon so watch out for that!

Are you using some of the products same as mine? Tell me what it is and let's have a chat about it! Until my next empties post!

Xoxo ♥

Haul: Sample Room #12 and #13

I was supposed to blog about this haul few weeks ago but I wasn't able to do so because of the PC acting crazy and wants to get attention! It has been great already that I was able to post this despite the PC having troubles on it's system.

Anyway, I was a happy kid to get hold of some of Sample Room's samples over the past month. Good thing, I was still able to keep the photo I got from the previous order #12. These orders consists of both Belo and Skin White items. Featuring the newest products from Belo Essentials.
SR Order #12
SR Order #13
Look at my order #13. They are big products. Notice that both #12 and #13 were all full size items! To think that I only pay P130-160 shipping fee means that I saved a lot from getting these samples. Obviously, I got lots of body stuff, especially lotions. Cool! It's just in time 'cause I just ran out of my Nivea serum. :)

How did you find this haul? Looks pretty interesting, right? Over time, I already accumulated points so I got more items and those with bigger points. You just need to work hard on checking their site for their newest product in store! Better yet, subscribe to their email so that you'll get their products first-hand. :)

Looking forward for more SR orders in the future! Keep rocking! \n/

June 2014 BDJ Box Unboxing

It's been like centuries since the last time I visited this blog. Yes! This desktop PC where I usually access my account was acting cray-cray up to this very moment! Need to reformat this soon! Now, this huge step of trying to create a post will really test my patience and let's see if I can do this unboxing post until the end! Wish me luck!

I recently received my BDJ Box for June and again, it was a Benefit exclusive for the second time around this year. I was a little ecstatic when I received my box since I thought again that it would be all samples and I was right. Though it has a little twist. They provided vouchers of very nice offer but I don't think I can use them since I'm not living in the Metro. So it's somehow a fail on that.
June BDJ Box
Contents of the BDJ June 2014 Box

Despite all the contents being samples and small, I like that they have new products to try and better items compare to the last Benefit Exclusive box you can find here

The contents are as follows:

These first two products were also included in the Spygal Box few months ago. It's sad that the Hello Flawless got smaller because I love both. I want more of it!!! ♥

Porefessional PRO Balm
The lightweight balm contains a Vitamin E derivative to help achieve translucent pore coverage and smoother-than-smooth skin. Suitable for all skin tones and can be used under or over makeup. This oil-free primer will smoothen any open pores to make it glowing and absolutely flawless.

Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow
Embrace the flawless you through this new oil-free brightening liquid foundation that builds from light to medium coverage for a neutral complexion you can believe in. What's more, it has hydrating benefits and an-oil free formula your skin will love. Perfect for an all-day radiant look.. This was named wow for a reason.

Fake Up Concealer
This crease-control concealer with Vitamin E and apple seed extracts hides dark circles and diffuses fine lines for a silky smooth , ultra-natural look. You can also use it to touch ups throughout the day. It won't cake, crease or settle, so no more worries for your eye area!

Big Easy
Two reasons why this is bigger than ordinary BB's: first, it balances moisture and controls oil; second, the cushiony liquid-to-powder formula melts in like a cream, yet finishes lightweight and velvety like a powder. This multi-balancing complexion perfector self-adjusts to your shade to even out skin tone and conceal imperfections.

This candy-orchid tint treats lips and cheeks to a "pop" of dreamy sweetness. For a natural, rosy glow, just brush three strokes on the apple of your cheeks and blend quickly with fingertips. It is the flirtiest flush you can get from a bottle, and it's smudge-proof, smooch-proof color lasts from day to night. Talk about stain power!

This original rose-tinted stain is kiss-proof, see-through color for lips and cheeks that lasts for hours. Wear it under your favorite lipstick or lip gloss to amp up the staying power of your lip color, and under a highlighter on cheeks for a healthy, dewy glow. Just the sexiest flush you can get from a bottle!

They're Real Mascara
This power mascara lengthens, curls, volumizes, lifts and separates. It contains a jet black, long wearing formula that won't smudge or dry-out, perfect for a quick and easy, daylight to nighttime look. It's specially designed brush made with precision bristles reveals lashes you never knew you had!

Free Makeupper and P300 Brow Wax Service

There you have it! I prefer this box than the previous Benefit exclusive since it has the infamous Big Easy which was always mentioned throughout the talk at BDJ Box Beauty Social which I attended here. I am also curious on both tints. Hello Flawless and Porefessional still, are my first love...on Benefit's line. Ooops! My guy might get jelly! Hahaha ♥

What can you say on Benefit's products on this box? I hope they included one full size of any product. It would really be great since it's my birthday month! Iy is a waste that I can't use those vouchers. Please consider vouchers that can be use for provincial Bellas too! I hope BDJ would here me! *crossingfingers*

Do you have your own experience of unboxing post? Share them here. I would love to read any unboxing posts from different subscriptions. I failed to subscribe for July so I will be jumping on August box. I hope I'll get my hands on full size items!!! :)

'Till the next! Xoxo ♥

Review: Pixy UV Whitening Two Way Cake (Ivory)

I've been totally busy this week; now that a new school year is back, I am behind my posts and reviews. Like what they say, there is no tired like teacher-tired. I am just so tired everyday that I just go to bed after eating light dinner and washing up. Haha

I got so many products to share with you and this Pixy UV Whitening Two Way Cake is just one of them. Actually, this should have been reviewed supposedly last month. So much delay. LOL

UV Whitening Two-Way Cake Perfect Fit Compact (P275 - 12.2g)
This powder formula blends perfectly for a smooth and long lasting base. It contains two way whitening squalene oil to prevent dry skin and SPF15 to protect skin from sun damage.

When I used up all my Lovely Me:ex Powder Pact from The Face Shop, I then use this Pixy product from my BDJ Box last April. I love the former and since I have an available pressed powder, might as well use it and review it. It also didn't fail me.

This is actually my first time to own a two way cake and it's nice that it's slim and I can bring it easily everywhere. I can even slide it on my pocket.
At first, it seems that the Ivory shade is a little darker than my normal skin tone. After using it several times, I guess it was just the right swatch for me though there are times that I feel it tends to be a little bit darker. I still used it anyway since it covers skin imperfections. It hides the blemishes on my face. Yes, lately I got some pimples because I was so stress on this new school year. Haha

Look on how it covers my acne on the second photo. This proves that this product can be used by those who have ivory skin color or even those who are slightly fair.
Yay for me! (。◕‿◕。)
  • Covers skin imperfections
  • It has squalene oil to prevent dry skin
  • Has Vit. C and sunscreen
Nay! (。)
  • I feel that it tends to be a bit darker than my skin tone. I hope they have other swatches too.
Price: P275.75
Bought from: BDJ Box
 Size: 12.2 g

What do you think of this product? Give it a thumbs up or thumbs down. Comment below and I will be glad to respond to your messages. Xoxo everyone! ♥

I apologize for a bit of delay in the announcement because I've been busy. If only I have more time to spare on blogging, I would spend all of my remaining hours in it. However, I have a tough day job so I can only spend a few minutes in it.

May Collective Haul

Classes are back and I totally forgot to post my collective haul for May since I've been fixing forms and attending to my new students unending concerns here and there. So here's my quite delayed collective haul last month.

Sample Room Goodie Bag - P1290
BDJ May 2014 Box (P580.00 per month)
Sample room samples - P130.00 (for the shipping fee)
Notice I got fewer stuff this month compared to my other collective hauls before. What made this month look plenty were the goodie bag which was loaded with products from Sample Room and the BDJ Box for May. I am totally saving up as much as I can because I have bigger things in the future.

Also, I have a few things which wasn't posted here because of lack of time. I will try to update this post once I got time to spare to take the shots.

This upcoming June, expect for more since I have orders and winnings coming up. Plus, my birthday gifts from my loved ones rocks so I will let you guys take a peek on that! ^_^

Let me know what you think with my latest collective haul. Familiar products? Share your comments below and would love to read them. Until the next. Xoxo ♥ ♥ ♥

Review: Pixy Waterproof Mascara

Remember my April BDJ Box which I unboxed here? It's an all exclusive box from Pixy which is the newest makeup brand in the country. It is an Indonesian-based cosmetics line that is formulated using Japanese technology and ingredients, ensuring that it understands our Asian beauty.

I shared most of the contents to my sister and left a few for myself. Look how generous I am. Lol.  Anyway, I started using the remaining products and first is the Pixy Waterproof mascara.

Colors of Delight Waterproof Mascara (P260 -7ml)
This waterproof mascara coats your individual lashes in it's jet-black formula, lengthening them to make your eyes look bigger. It's also smudge-proof, so you don't have to worry about raccoon eyes.

I ran out of mascara and just in time when I need one, it was delivered right in front of my doorstep through BDJ box. Cool chance!

My lashes were originally short but after using an eyelash growth serum to it, it grew naturally longer. You can read my full review on how it happened here.

Look at that eyes! Haha. It's so huge that you will think it's from a cat. I think the photo speaks on how effective the mascara was for me. The downside though is that, it doesn't last long on my lashes. Or maybe it's the curl that was missing that's why I need to curl it again around noon.  P.S. Pardon the oily and messy face since I just took the shot for the sole purpose of blogging the product. Also I curl the lashes once again after putting on the mascara.

Honestly, I haven't tested the product to verify if it is really indeed waterproof. I should have to always consider putting mascara on my lower lashes but I always have the tendency to scratch my eyes leaving on some spots around the eye area.

Yay for me! (。◕‿◕。)
  • Very pretty packaging
  • It's waterproof
  • Charcoal black
  • I like it's effect on my eyes
Nay! (。)
  • I hope that the product has that curling effect even if you do not have to use an eyelash curler after the mascara application.
Price: P260.00
Bought from: BDJ Box
 Size: 7 ml

How was it in your eyes? I am writing this at 1:30AM and it's my birthday so pardon me if I am rushing a bit! Haha. Cheers! 'Till the next!
