NOTD: Chestnut

Earlier while waiting for my boyfriend Jaycee from getting off from his work, I decided to had my hair trimmed and for the 2nd time (I think) I had my nails done with a pro. If you are a regular reader of my blog, you know that I polish my own nails and I don't get it perfectly each time because of time constraint and not to mention, the cleaning part. Both of my hands are working together so the cleaning part is really hard for me 'cause I'm afraid I might ruined the polish I just put in.

This time, my nails were cleaned by someone else. (I can't ask my bf to paint my nails but I will force him one day and will make a post on it. HAHA..) I had mine done at Studio 23.

I am not sure if Studio 23 have branches in your area but I must say they are great. Very accommodating, very professional and very affordable! I had my hair trimmed for only P50.00 and both mani and pedi for P120.00. So affordable right? :)

The staff cleaned and polished it just the way I like. I also like the color since it blends well with my skin plus it will match my uniform. She used Chestnut Frosted from Caronia. Plus, she shaped it roundly in a beautiful way. Now I will try to maintain my nails this way. I just need to grab a wonderful file that will do the trick.

What do you say with my new nails? There may be nothing fancy with my post but I am just happy with the result. Lately, I am becoming more happy with little things. I hope it will continue this way. :)

Next time, it will be my NOTD again. SMILE! Lovelots... ♥

  4. Nice job! I like the pretty color you used with the sparkly holiday spirit effect on it. I can do my nails too, but like the indulgence of having someone else do it. :-)

  12. I used to choose this color and other neutral tones. But after I found my passion with nail polish I learned to experiment with different colors.
