Food Getaway: The Coffee Academy / Sixty-Seven ♥

Note: This is a late post.

Yes! My boyfriend Jaycee and I managed to survive 67 long months of being together. Hurray! We've been together after college and since then, we're crazy like cats and dogs. We fight then we're okay. We got hurt then we move on. Best of all, we find happiness with each other. ^_^

We had very simple date just like any other days. We're actually not very fancy with our monthsary on anniversary. Eating out or shopping is what we usually do. We celebrate anniversaries every day! Char. Hihi. I just can't be too cheesy with love posts. Anyway, we only had coffee then at The Coffee Academy in Sindalan, City of San Fernando as Jaycee suggested.

He just want to have some coffee but since I am (always) hungry, we added Fish and Fries and I ate a plate of Porksilog as well.
Black Forest (P150.00)
White Hazelnut (P140.00)
Fish and Fries (P210.00)
Porksilog (P160.00)
After eating and drinking everything, I only noticed that the fish fillet were quite raw. I think there were only 3 pieces left when I encountered the raw taste. Regarding eggs, I don't eat over-easy eggs, I prefer the over-hard eggs which has fully-cooked yolks. Jaycee ate it instead. For the pork, they're quite hard to chew on.

Overall, I think dining at cafes would be really wrong. Jaycee even mentioned that what would I expect in a cafe. If we prefer dining out, we should go to a real restaurant that serves different meals on their menu. I think I'll stick with his suggestion, cafes would be for coffees and resto would be for proper dining.

At the end of the day, the best thing is that we spent the day together. Being together with one man for 5 years was pretty awesome. He turns out to be my friend, best friend, mentor, enemy, fan, student, assistant, driver, lover and the list goes on. At the end of the day, he was and still is my best partner.

Special Treat

Happy 67th months my dearest. Looking forward for more. You know I love you to the moon and back! ♥ ♥ ♥

  4. I think that the food is a little bit overpriced with that small serving, especially the fish and fries. Nonetheless, that won't matter a lot because being with your special someone means more than anything when your celebrating your special day together. Happy monthsary! :)

    1. I think so too. I think their prices are close SB's frappe so I guess I will just visit the latter then. :)
