HELP! How to Restore Damaged Authentic Bag?

HELP!!! I was cleaning the closet where my bags are earlier when I found out that my one and my only authentic bag (as of the moment) was damaged!!! Imagine the shock and horror I had! I can't even move and eat properly! I was wondering why did this happened. T__T

I had this Rebecca Minkoff bag for almost a year now and used it for only a few times. Since it's kinda expensive, I always make sure that it's clean before putting it back in it's bag cover.

It's been months since the last time I checked this bag and so I really don't have any idea what had happened! If only I had seen the signs of the damage early. Now, what to do??? :'(

I really don't know what to do now! Do you know any idea how to restore this kind of damage? This bag is not too expensive unlike other luxury brands and I am thinking if I will seek help to shops to restore this, it might cost me more than the actual price. I might try to inquire first then I will check if this can be done without any professional help. What do you think?

The insides are safe though. The outside is a huge mess! If you how to restore this, please help me!!! What have I done wrong?! T__T

~~~
P.S. I included the authenticity seal photos to prove that the bag is original. Plus the price for restoration is a whopping P7,000. The original cost of the bag is $325. Is it still worth to fix it? HELP! T_T
