My First Set of Earth-Friendly Brushes ♥

Long before time, I don't own any beauty brushes, even if it's just a power brush. I really felt like I am only the single lady in town without those magic tools. Still, I managed to do my everyday makeup and create wonders with the help of these magical hands.

Then one day, my fairy godmother sent me a gift that (I believe) will make me more pretty. Beauty brushes! And it comes in a set! ♥

 Powder Brush
A powder brush helps you even out tone, correct blemishes and improve the look and feel of your skin. Apply powder or mineral foundation all over face in a circular, buffing motion and work inward towards nose.

Eye Shading Brush
Expertly cut to apply and blend powder eye shadows.

Concealer Brush
Use with liquid or mineral powder concealer for more coverage on blemishes and under eyes.

Baby Kabuki
A kabuki brush is a short, wide makeup brush with soft bristles. It is used for applying mineral makeup, especially foundation. A kabuki brush is designed to hold less of the mineral makeup so you don't accidentally put too much on your face. Buff powder over areas that needs more coverage.

This earth-friendly set shows respect for the planet!
  • Bamboo handle has a low impact on the earth resources as it is from a highly sustainable plant
  • Synthetic Taklon bristles are 100% cruelty-free
  • Sleek ferrule is made from recycled aluminum
  • Cosmeic bag is made from natural cotton and hemp
  • Reusable storage pouch
  • Cruelty-free bristles

  4. Oh I didn't know that there are such things as earth-friendly brushes. Are they more expensive than the regular ones? 'cause I noticed that eco-friendly things are typically costlier than the not.

  13. Oh, like Mylene, I wish I have a fairy god mother to give me brushes. I invest in brushes (used to be a mineral makeup addict). I have different ones like the kabuki, flat top and the skunk (duo-fiber) brush. They are getting old na.
