Review: Chi Foot Patches

I am trying to change my lifestyle little by little by means of living healthy. I've been exercising a lot now and also into different kinds of detoxification. So when I was at Watsons a couple of weeks ago, I saw something that got my attention. It claims to be the World's Easiest Detox: Chi Foot Patches.

Chi Foot Patches are patches that detoxifies the body. I got the one in Eucalyptus and it's so simple to use. You just need to put in on the soles of your feet overnight and come the next morning, you will feel refreshed as toxins will be taken out from your body.

Truth as it claims, yes, it is the most easiest detox I think there is. As to it's effectivity, you might want to take a closer look.

See all the contents of the pack. Apart from the two patches inside, there are instructions on how to use the patch and even a manual on a foot reflexology chart. You might want to target a certain area by deciding on where to place your patches on certain acupuncture points.

I decided to put it on the sole of my feet. If you see, the patches on the photo above is still white and it will turn into the brownish color once you let it stay on your feet for 8 hours.

Yay for me! (。◕‿◕。)
  • Makes you feel light and refreshed.
  • Provides wonderful skin in the morning.
  • Re-energizes the body.
  • Relaxes the mind.
  • Easy to use.
Nay! (。◕︵◕。)
  • Quite expensive for P90.00 and stocks came in smaller numbers. This is the last pack I saw at Watsons and they also have the red variant (I think it's Ginseng) in last two pieces.
Price: P90.00
Bought from: Watsons
Size: 2 patches in 1 pack

The patches can also be use if you have some sore in other body area. According to instructions, do not use more than 6 patches at a time. You might be dehydrated so make sure to drink a lot of water before and after the detox.

I want more of this! Apart from it's very easy to use, I feel that somehow, it cleanses my body because the next morning when I woke up, I feel very light and my skin was glowing.

Has anyone used the same product before? What to you say about it? I want to hear more feedback on this so comment below and let's have some chitchat anytime. Until my next review. :)

Xoxo ♥

  7. Hmm. The cynic in me says that there is a reaction between the skin and component of the pad. It might not be actual toxins you are seeing. hehe But if it makes you feel good after, why not?

  10. We are planning to have a detox diet again. But this can really help flush out toxins. Just drink enough water. Thanks for sharing this one. We will look for it when we go to watsons.

    1. After using this, there's even an instruction that you need to drink water just in case you'll get dehydrated. Even with this detox or not, water is always included in our detox plan.

    1. Not really sure sis. There were no information if it is safe for preggy moms. I'm sorry I can't answer you on that.
