DeleteNot sure if I've heard of them before... I wasn't the person who is diligent in taking supplements, capsules and the like (unless I have a headache, lol).. But I've been taking supplements last year and have been taking them religiously. Haha. Will most likely try their Vitamin C.

I got 2 bottles of their Vit C. Be diligent in taking Vit C sis because once you already have cough and colds and you take Vit C, it will not take effect anymore. It should be more on prevention.
