Food Getaway: Estos Kitchen + Cafe

When you want some chill place and yet you don't want to go to the overrated cafes, then check out Estos Kitchen + Cafe in Guagua, Pampanga. It's the perfect 'tambayan'  when you just want to hang out for a quick coffee or spend quality time during lunch or dinner.

Estos Kitchen + Cafe generously opens its doors during the 1st Instameet here in Pampanga. They made great food for all the participants. Below are some of their delicious meals. Not to mention these are super affordable too.

The paintings around the restaurant were proudly made by Kapampangan artists. The owner must be an advocate of local artists' talents. Good job!

They first served us salads which disappeared in an instant. I love their Mixed Green Salad as the taste is unique and it's not your ordinary kind of salad.

Mixed Green Salad - P125.00

Classic Caesar Salad P99.00

I like the effort they out in their rice. It's smells nice and I like that it's sticky like the Japanese rice.

Umami Rice - P70.00

I absolutely love their chicken. If there's one thing in the menu that I would order again, this would be it. Better than the iconic 'chicken joy'. The skin was goig to crispy yet tender and the meat was so soft. You'll also have to look forward in tasting the sauce that comes with it.

Southern Fried Chicken - 1pc. P115.00,  2pcs. P165.00

Classic Carbonara- P135.00

Haven't tried most of their pizza but I heard from my colleagues that it's truly nice. I was just too full to take another bite for this came a little late after the rice. Oh carbs!

Four Cheese - P219.00

Shawarma - P260.00

Margherita - P 175.00

Breakfast - P255.00

I changed my mind now on what I said about the Southern Chicken. That will be number two and this ribs will be number one instead. The Short Rib is the counterpart of the steak that I wish to have during the tour but failed to taste so,

Salmon with Beurreblanc Sauce - P150.00

15 hrs. RedWine Braised Short Rib - P245.00

For dessert, they have something unique like the Taho Ice Cream. They put a twist on the regular taho you have every morning. Especially a must-try!

Taho Ice Cream - P55.00

Skillet Cookie Dough - P99.00

The meal wouldn't be complete without the drinks. I prefer their Arnold Palmer. I also like the Pandan but since it isn't as sweet as I want it to be. But if you want something that feels so refreshing and healthy, go for the latter.

Arnold Palmer - P45.00

Pandan Tea - P45.00

  1. love the modern design of the cafe and the positive messages on the walls. The food looks very exciting and even if I don't really eat chicken I would definitely go for a pizza or for that delicious looking carbonara pasta. The egg on top is cooked to perfection and I can imagine how the yolk spills over the pasta when you break it with your fork. So delicious!

  8. Oh my, I drooled over the shawarma pizza and the taho ice cream. The place is too far from the Metro but for real foodies out there, distance is never a hindrance. If not for this post, I would not have known that Guagua also have a great American restaurant apart from a restaurant offering great halo-halo...

  10. This is super cool beanery to spend time with friends and family. The ambiance is really welcoming and the foods look so enticing and I'm sure that they're luscious. We actually just had our IloveCebu Instameet last Sunday at Sharingla's Resort Mactan in Lapu-Lapu City and it was fun. I'm sure that you guys had great time during the Instameet.

  11. I was in awe when I saw how the cafe looked like. My favorite part was the mural wherein there was a quote about food. I actually am reminded of the Samgyupsal meal we had when I saw your salad; well, maybe it was because of the lettuce? Hahaha! Well, almost everything in the cafe is "IG worthy". I would really love to try that pandan tea!

  13. I love how the restaurant has an industrial look but still gives a welcoming vibe. But the things that really caught my attention were the shawarma pizza and taho ice cream! I love Middle Eastern cuisine and the shawarma pizza looks like it's easier to eat than a traditional shawarma. The taho ice cream on the other hand made me want to go straight to Pampanga to try this creative presentation of my favorite street food! Lucky you for getting to try them!
