Tio Julian's Entrante Launch Event

If you want to experience a truly elevated dining experience, you should check out Tio Julian's Restaurant located at San Fernando, Pampanga. Recently, I've been craving for some paella but since my hubby doesn't have time off from work and my big belly just won't allow me to venture into restaurants alone, I went to check on some of my notes which I got from Tio Julian Entrante when they invited us bloggers during their launch, to check if they cater to go orders and yes they do. They entertain customers dining in, ordering to go, catering and they're also open as an events place. By the way, I owe Tio Julian an article last year when I attended their event so let me blog about them before getting my order. :)

One of my blogger friend told me that Tio Julian's Restaurant's Paella ni Elena was hailed as the best paella in town and they still stand with their decision until now.

Sadly I wasn't able to try their Paella but they provide great quality food on their lineup during the launch.

Appetizers were served while we're waiting for the program to start.

I especially like the ambiance of the place a sit looks like a first class restaurant but their line  of food was affordable. The program started with a little introduction by Sir Jonas Manahan, the owner of the restaurant.

French Onion Soup
Meschu of Greens Salad and Seared Scallop with Strawberry and Basil Vinaigrette
Pan Seared Norwegian Salmon with Angel Hair Pasta, Bacon, Tomatoes, Olives and Fresh Herbs
Rack of Lamb with Bordelaise Sauce and Mint Jelly on Potato Mash, Caramelized French Beans and Carrots
Nena's Delight
I admit that I had difficulty in posting this event because I lost my photos and fortunately they're recovered so I want to extend my apologies to Tio Julian and Sir Jorge. I also have problems with my blog and I'm thinking of shifting to a different layout this time so that it would be faster in dealing with blog posts. Nevertheless, I'm inviting you all to try Tio Julian which is located at Km 72 MacArthur, San Isidro, San Fernando, Pampanga. I'm sure you'll be delighted with the food and place. They're also open for events and such!

    1. You're right! I also had the initial thought when I first entered the place that it's such an expensive place. It looks so posh and high end but tbh their food (when I checked their menu) was really affordable for the service and the taste. Totally worth it! Actually planning our next visit :)

  5. That salmon looks amazing! I love to get fish when we are at a restaurant because I can never cook it right. It always ends up over or under cooked.
