Food Getaway: LA Bakeshop and Deli

Yesterday, Jaycee invited me to eat at LA for dinner. I prefer a different place but since LA's nearer than my choice, we spent dinner there. It's been months or perhaps more than a year when we last dine there. In case you didn't know, LA Bakeshop is the home of the cheesiest and yummiest cheese bread here in Pampanga! Just ask the natives here for LA and they will bring you there. When I first tasted their cheese bread, I almost ate a whole box of 30 pcs. No kidding!

Yesterday was a different story though. We went there for dinner so I was thinking of getting some noodles or pancit instead of their usual breads. We ended up with sisig and fried rice. While waiting, I took shots of their menu and their wonderful interior.

If you notice, the prices on their menu were really affordable and they offer their food with great quality. It's actually one of my favorite place around Dolores when it comes to eating out. Plus they have really friendly staff there.

Take a good look on their interiors and you will feel the homey ambiance of the place.

I also adore their very cool restroom. Very tidy and pretty!

Now, on with the food part. I just really want to share on how the interior looks like since it really caught my attention when I first went there and until now. It was such a cool design. Anyway, as I've mentioned above, we opted for a meal so we got their sisig and fried rice. Jaycee added Chocolate Batirol.

Sizzling Sisig - P180.00
Coco's Special Fried Rice - P110.00
Tsokolateng Batirol - P50.00
There's nothing fancy with their sisig. It was just quite the same with others but theirs wasn't oily which is good. The fried rice was a mix of different taste which was Thai-like inspired for me. It's really heavy in the tummy so I canceled ordering dimsum. Hihi. The tsokolate batirol was just okay since I can't compare the batirol I made when I was a kid. It was the yummiest batirol I've drank ever! I made it from pure cacao fruit. Yes, I was the one who made it. Long story though. :)

I was so happy and full when we left LA. 'Till next time. ♥
